Subscription & billing

All purchases go through Apple. We cannot see or change your payment method.

How do I manage or cancel my Prime subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → HSK Reviso. From there you can change the plan, turn off auto-renew, or cancel. You can also use this direct link: Manage subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.comwith your Apple ID, choose HSK Reviso, and tap Report a Problem → Request a refund. Apple reviews each request and decides the outcome.

Why was I charged after I cancelled?

If you cancel during an active billing period, you keep access until the period ends — that is normal. The next charge will not happen. If you still see a charge after cancellation took effect, contact Apple Support directly with the receipt email.

Account & sign in

Sign in with email, Apple, or Google.

I can't sign in / forgot my password

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and follow the email link. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder and confirm you are using the same email you signed up with. Email login is separate from your Apple ID.

How do I sign in with Apple / Google?

On the sign-in screen tap the corresponding button. "Sign in with Apple" uses your iCloud account. If you chose "Hide my email" on first sign-in, the real address is forwarded by Apple and we never see it.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, learning progress, and synced data from our servers. The action cannot be undone.

How do I switch between Guest and a real account?

A Guest account lives only on the device and cannot be recovered if the app is deleted. To save your progress to the cloud, sign up or sign in from the home screen — your Guest data will be discarded.

In-app troubleshooting

Quick fixes for the issues we hear about most often.

My progress is not syncing

Pull down on the home screen to force a sync, or sign out and back in. Make sure you are signed in (not Guest) and have a stable network.

Language pack download fails or stalls

Downloads need about 20–40 MB of free space per language and a stable network connection. If it stalls, tap the language again in Settings → Dictionary Languages to resume. Background downloads are paused by iOS when the app is closed.

No sound / pronunciation is silent

Check the silent switch on the side of your iPhone, the in-app volume slider, and Settings → Sounds & Haptics on the device. The app uses the system media volume, not the ringer volume.

The app crashes on launch

Force-quit and reopen. If it keeps crashing, delete and reinstall the app — if you are signed in (not Guest), your progress is synced to the cloud and will be restored after signing back in; Guest data is local only and cannot be recovered. If the issue persists, email us with your iOS version and device model.
